Having been a victim of a serious
miscarriage of Justice in the Florida system, this cost me some $500,000.00.
there is no doubt in my mind that a full
and proper investigation of ALL the problems encountered by both Condo and Homeowners in the State will only be resolved by a Federal Investigation.
As an Englishman living in England it is my intention to contact President Obamma, Hilary Clinton, my own Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, and bring these problems to their attention.
The more people who do something like this the better off the good people of Florida will be, the last thing the Judges, Lawyers, and some Politicians want is the oxygen of publicity for what is going on. GET TO IT

We've seen many such instances in our HOA here in Dallas. When people speak up though they get a letter and sometimes a fine.

It is about time homeowners understand what is going on in our neighborhoods and it sure isn't the protection of our property values. It is the designed feeding of legal vendors living off this industry and steeling our equity in tough times. Thanks to people like Shu and Ms. Hentschel, we are exposing the ugly under-belly of this hideous industry that feeds off families.

One problem I see with the process involved in the way IL is charging the HOAs for the over-site is much like in TX when the legislature set-up a review board for builders and developers and then that industry took over the board. I can see that happening here and simply further control being grabbed and paid for through this quasi-tax. Here in TX consumer groups were successful at getting the builders/developers board shut down after the corruption was exposed.

This is probably true in every state Nancy. We must vigorously oppose and harass the unconstitutional barking dogs that like to pass bills that looks good at first glance, but when closely examined leave huge holes in them for "insider" advantage.

Don't you just love the congressmen and women who claim to support property rights until you ask them whose! The same ones who criticized publically the KELO V. NEW LONDON (2005) US Sup. Ct. decision, while behind the scenes working hard to make sure the average joe doesn't stand in their way (ULI/CAI).
